I love studies that say coffee is good fr you- because I love my coffee!! (Shelly) . A new study says drinking a cup of strong coffee about 30 minutes before you exercise helps to burn more fat. That’s according to the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. Scientists also say the effects are more intense if you exercise in the afternoon instead of in the morning.
