Doramise Moreau is a part-time janitor at a technical school in Miami. She’s been cooking meals for thousands of people in need since the beginning of the pandemic.  She’s 60 years old, a widow, her kids, three grandchildren, and a nephew live with her.  In a Habitat For Humanity Home.  She cooks 1000 to 1500 meals every week, then gets the meals to volunteers at her church.  The meals then go to shut-ins in the area.  Talk about paying it forward!
