Bloomsburg’s annual Veterans Day Parade has been moved to the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds on Nov. 13. The parade forms at 10 a.m. at Gate 5 and steps off at 11 a.m. through the fairgrounds. After the parade, there will be a short program, followed by a performance from Re-Creation on the Free Stage at noon
